By accessing our website or hiring us for SEO, web development, brand identity, or packaging design services, you agree to be bound by these terms. We’ve kept the legal jargon to a minimum because we believe in clear, transparent partnerships.

1. Our Services & Scope of Work

SR Orbit provides specialised digital services including, but not limited to: Organic SEO (Local, Technical, eCommerce), Custom Web Development (MERN Stack, WordPress), and Brand Identity Design. Every project begins with a clear, mutually agreed-upon proposal or contract that defines the exact deliverables, timelines, and costs.

We will only do the work we agreed upon in our initial strategy document. If you need extra features later, we’ll happily provide a separate quote for them.

2. No Lock-in Contracts & Cancellations

Unlike many digital agencies, we do not believe in trapping our clients in long-term, unbreakable contracts. Our monthly organic marketing and SEO services operate on a month-to-month basis unless explicitly stated otherwise. You may cancel your monthly retainer at any time by providing a written notice of at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.

We want you to stay because you love our results, not because a contract forces you to. You can pause or cancel monthly services with just a two-week heads up.

3. The Reality of SEO (Guarantees & Limitations)

Search engines like Google, Bing, and AI search platforms frequently update their algorithms. While our co-founders have a proven track record of ranking thousands of pages at #1, no reputable agency can guarantee a specific ranking spot or immediate results. SEO is a long-term, compounding strategy. We guarantee the execution of industry-best practices, white-hat strategies, and transparent reporting.

We promise to do the best possible work to grow your organic traffic, but we don't own Google, so we can't magically promise you the #1 spot overnight. Good SEO takes time.

4. Client Responsibilities

To deliver exceptional results, we need your collaboration. You agree to provide timely access to necessary resources, including but not limited to: website credentials, hosting details, Google Analytics/Search Console access, and prompt feedback on design concepts. Delays in providing these materials may result in project timeline extensions.

5. Payments & Billing

All pricing will be clearly communicated before any work begins. For one-off projects (like Web Development or Branding), we typically require an upfront deposit (e.g., 50%) to secure your spot in our schedule, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. For ongoing SEO services, payments are billed upfront on a monthly cycle. All invoices are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Once a project is completed and paid for in full, you own 100% of the final deliverables (your custom website, logo, packaging design, or written content). SR Orbit retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and case studies, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been signed beforehand.

Once you pay the final bill, the designs and code belong completely to you. We just ask to show off the great work we did for you in our portfolio.

7. Limitation of Liability

SR Orbit and its team (including Roknusjaman Rinku) will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruptions arising from the use of our services or website. Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service in question during the last 30 days.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. However, we always prefer to resolve any issues amicably via direct communication.
